This error is caused by a rogue '&' in web url when we use SAX parse it.

<param name="url" value="jdbc:mysql://129.12.16.16/jwnl?user=myusername&ibudnr=mypassword"/>

then shows:

SAX should actually read...

<param name="url" value="jdbc:mysql://129.12.16.16/jwnl?user=myusername&amp;ibudnr=mypassword"/>


any way,we just replace '&' by '&amp;'
