Web应用初始化Spring容器策略

以下软件测试环境为Spring,Struts1

1、通过struts1提供的插件机制，采用Spring提供的ContextLoaderPlugIn

2、采用Spring提供的ContextLoaderListener来初始化(应用服务器需要支持Listener,Servlet2.3版本及以上)
