Serious Bug

**  Version 1.3.2.Alpha, Release Date 2007.09.18    
    * Serious Bug:add a new node dynamically at runtime,the polling thread
      doesn't query it.The involved classes are TopoResourcePool.java and 
      PollingEngine.java.
