A problem I meet with Eclipse recently after I downloaded some plugin, and then uninstall them. The problem is some options in the right-click menu missing, which include Build, Refactor, and items under Source.
It is weird, fortunately, I find the way out after many trial.
Here is the solution: (menu)Windows -> Reset Perspective
