现象：
eclipse subversive plugin 快捷键无效
原因：
据说是 eclipse 高版本的 api 和 subversive 不太匹配，不确定。
解决：
Window -> Customize Perspective -> Command Groups Availability -> 左侧 Available command groups -> 选择 SVN
