问题：在drop procedure的时候发现一直没反应，查询原因
SQL> conn sys/pwd@sid as sysdba
已连接。

发现是如下出现问题：

当前drop的session为40，然后查询48的session，居然是前面做重编译时候未成功退出的一个SESSION
然后orakill 这个session后正常drop完成
