Vista中没有Telnet功能了？不是，而是Vista默认安装，是不包括Telnet客户端和Telnet服务端的。
Vista默认安装后，在CMD下默认无法使用Telnet命令，原因很简单，系统默认没有安装Telnet客户端。没有这个Telnet命令，处理某些问题的时候，很不方便。
Vista使用Telnet的解决方法：1.开始–>控制面板–>程序和功能
2.左侧 打开或者关闭windows功能
3.找到Telnet客户端，选择安装

Why would Microsoft remove the good ol' command-line telnet client from the default Windows OS X...err, I mean Vista installation?!? Well, they did...but here's how to get it back:
1. From the Start menu, click Control Panel
2. Select Programs and Features
3. From the menu of the left, select Turn Windows Features On or Off
4. Scroll down, and then check the "Telnet client" box
5. Click OK
