To bring up System Properties:
1. Click Start and then Control Panel. From the Control Panel, double click System.
2. Another way to bring up this box is to right click the My Computer on your desktop. From the menu, select Properties.
Solution:

除了这两种方式外，还有一种直接运行system32下面的命令文件方式
运行C:"WINDOWS"system32 下面的sysdm.cpl。
