there is no time like后面加一个时间，表示没有比...更好的时候了，后面可加to do something,表示没有比...更好的时候去做某事。
例：
There is no time like the present to talk with him.
没有比现在更好的时间去和他谈谈话了。

没有比圣诞节更好的时候去向你身边的人表达你的爱。
