3.npm uninstall solc//卸载
4.npm install -g solc@0.4.24//安装solc0.4.24版本
5.C:\nodejs\node_modules\npm>solcjs.cmd --version//查看solc版本
0.4.24+commit.e67f0147.Emscripten.clang
6.solc跟web3一样，有版本的区别。

运行regedit， 找到
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services 中想要删除的服务。
重启电脑可以看到你所选定的服务项在服务列表中不存在了
