mysql pdf reference

从mysql官方下载的pdf文档不能使用acrobat reader的restore last view setting when reopening documents功能,阅读很不方便.

使用Acrobat Professional设置一下Initial View的Resize window to initial page即可. 

哎,真麻烦. 可能mysql pdf是由fop生成的原因吧.
