Ericsson China R&D LTE Research Center is looking for (Senior) PHY layer DSP SW engineers for LTE eNodeB. In the challenging of LTE wireless projects, China R&D LTE Research Center does the systemization, implementation, and test/integration of the LTE eNodeB SW/HW, and its SW department does the systemization, implementation, and test/integration of the SW. Today we develop products both in C and Assembly. As a (Sr.) PHY layer SW designer in our team you will work on SW design, implementation and documentation for LTE physical layer. You will participate in systemization together with people from system unit and other teams as well as integration work and test together with people from HW design and from Verification. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues is part of the work. You will also participate in pre-studies and feasibility studies when needed. The work may also include improvement of SW development methods and implementation of new tools/environments i.e. continuous improvements. To enforce our software development capacity, we are looking for experienced PHY layer software designers with the ambition to grow and take responsibility, and become an important contributor within our base station development. |
Qualifications |
M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science, Wireless Communication or Electronic Engineering. |
3+ years SW development experience. |
Familiar with LTE Physical layer standard and LTE key technology. |
Proficient in DSP baseband algorithm implementation. |
Good command on C language. Code optimization with assembly is an advantage. |
3G/LTE Baseband SW design experience is preferred and 3G/LTE Baseband architecture design is an advantage. |
Embedded SW development knowledge using Realtime OS is an advantage. |
