Something about the registration of your phone number

Last Saturday I bought a new phone number,as a twice well one,I paid five yuan more. However,when I return my lab, searching the website,I found that the number is registred by another one,using his or her identity card,it's surprising! what will he/she do with this number? to register the pay service? to transfer the money on this number? or other unknown ways to shrink ? I've no idea. So I inquired the phone company.

KinggoodT's fileTrans UI

    I decided to pick up the KT project yesterday night,maybe I'm losing the way,maybe I got it.
    Incidentally,I found I have used too much static variables,such as linkTable,userTable and so on.Not so good.
    As the UI design finished,I have to write a segment to accomplish the file transmission.
