注意:如果所要比较的中文字符串属于GB一级字库,比较结果正确。但当字符是二级增补字库和GB18030新增的汉字时,无法获得正确的比较结果
应为一级字库是按照拼音排序的,而二级字符是按照笔画排序的。如果要完全按照拼音排序要用到字库即   具体的汉字和拼音的对应字典。

下面看一个简单的字典的例子:

注意这段代码

这是将两个字节的合并为一个int的代码
