[问题引出]：刚装完MS Project 2003，一运行就出现一个“gbui://blank.htm/无法打开”的情况，然后再出现一个“gbui://mainpage.html/无法打开的”，接下来唯一能做的就是用“任务管理器”结束掉任务了。

Background Information
This error indicates that a needed registry key was not created during the installation of Project Server.
Resolution
You can uninstall and reinstall Project Server, or you can manually create the following registry key:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\MSProject\Options\Interface "GBUIDisplayToggle"=dword:00000000
