While creating the Rule-Admin-Product we have a section named
“Query Data Instances To Include”
1. If we want to include/export the Organization details, then select Data-Admin-Organization from the drop down.
2. After select Data-Admin-Organization click the Query button we will get a list of organization details. Select the organization of your choice by checking the checkbox as shown below and click the ok button which is shown in the corner of the screen. In this case I have selected pega.com.
Once we click the ok Button we see that the organization which we have selected are shown in the below column.
3. Similarly select other Data- instances like division etc..
4. Select the OrgDivision of your choice by checking the checkbox
You will see the list of selected which we can export into the Rule-Admin-Product
